How to ensure the smooth operation of the low-speed centrifuge?

 

Centrifuges are instruments for separating samples, which are widely used in biomedicine, petrochemical, agriculture, food hygiene and other fields. From the perspective of rotational speed, desktop centrifuges basically belong to the category of low-speed and high-speed centrifuges.

The development of general-purpose desktop centrifuges has blurred the boundaries between low-speed, high-speed, micro and large-capacity centrifuges.

 

In addition to being used in traditional industries such as textiles, chemicals, and environmental protection, low-speed centrifuges are now widely used in pharmaceutical companies to achieve the separation of mother liquor.

 

 

 

In the daily operation of the low-speed centrifuge, ensuring the stable operation of the centrifuge is the premise of improving the separation efficiency and the safety of mechanical use. How to ensure the stable operation of the low-speed refrigerated centrifuge, the following points should be paid attention to:

 

First, strengthen the management of the equipment. The cleaning of the low-speed centrifuge, especially the cleaning of the rotor, can reduce the accumulation of dirt on the rotor and prevent the centrifuge from vibrating due to uneven force on the rotor. Pay attention to repeated flushing with flushing water to ensure that the rotor is thoroughly flushed.

 

Second, the flocculant storage device needs to be cleaned regularly to reduce the adhesion of sludge to the rotor of the centrifuge, which can ensure that the rotor of the low-speed refrigerated centrifuge is in operation, and its force is uniform. In this case, it has a great effect.

 

Third, the training of the operator’s level must also be strengthened. The operation of the low-speed refrigerated centrifuge is a systematic action, and every step must be accurate. There are good measures to deal with emergencies, such as adjusting the return opening in time according to production needs.

 

Fourth, when the low-speed refrigerated centrifuge is initially installed, the vibration of the centrifuge under working conditions should be considered, and a solid steel structure should be used as the base to ensure the height difference between the centrifuge pulley and the differential. Connect to dynamically determine the vibration amplitude of the machine according to the load.

 

Fifth, reduce the load of material impurities in the low-speed centrifuge, and reduce the solid content of the separated material, because the material is thrown out at a fast speed, and there are many large particles of impurities, which may lead to accelerated wear of the parts of the centrifuge, and the centrifuge is unstable. It works just fine.
